Chad Heer

Chad has been a Full-Time Licensed Broker Since 2002.
Chad has expertise in Sales, investments, multifamily, leasing, tenant representation, landlord representation, business brokerage, and 1031 exchanges. Chad takes pride in working successfully with clients over many years and becoming their trusted commercial & investment real estate advisor.th Dakota and Iowa, before moving to the Twin Cities to begin school at the University of Saint Thomas. Chad joined Keller Williams Realty in 2014 to open a new SW Metro Market Center, which is now profitable and approaching 90+ agents. He became Managing Director of KW Commercial in 2015 and is responsible for growing Market Centers in both production and growth. He works closely with our Market Center leads, and is active in day-to-day commercial & investment real estate transactions with The Summit Group.

Shannon Heier – Transaction Coordinator
Shannon began his career in real estate in early 2017. He has helped guide many buyers and sellers through the process of buying and selling a home. Along with experience in residential real estate, he has also helped manage several investment rental properties throughout the metro area over the last couple years. He has a true interest and passion for real estate, which shines through in his work ethic. In his free time, you can find him traveling, hiking in nature, playing in several bands, attending concerts and giving back to his community.
Jemimah Follero – Operations Manager
Jemimah brings a strategic, highly analytical approach to our team as an Operations and Listing Manager. Holding an engineering degree from the Technological University of the Philippines, Manila, she leverages her engineering background to build highly efficient administrative systems, meticulously oversee listing management, and optimize the daily operations that keep our team running seamlessly. Specializing in comprehensive commercial property research, she routinely uncovers critical data across retail, multi-family, office, and industrial sectors to support our lead generation and market efforts. By expertly utilizing CRMs and project management tools, she ensures our backend operations are structured. When she isn't optimizing team workflows, Jemimah enjoys unwinding and spending quality time with her family and her dogs.
